As a licenced real estate broker, Fahad has completed additional education and training beyond that of a Salesperson (the most common type of real estate agent). This enables him to have a deeper understanding of the real estate industry and provide higher quality service to his clients.
Fahad has a university degree in Business Management from Western, specializing in Finance and minoring in Psychology. He also has over a decade of first hand experience as an entrepreneur across multiple industries.
Fahad is a professionally trained negotiator — he has his “Certified Negotiation Expert” and “Master Certified Negotiation Expert” designations (CNE, MCNE).
With these skills, Fahad goes to bat for his clients to help them make sense of a complex marketplace and score big time wins!
